Letback builds CRM revenue-recovery tools for UK letting agents. For the purposes of UK data protection law, Letback is the data controller for information collected through this website, and a data processor for CRM data supplied to us for an audit or a build. Contact: [email protected].
Details you give us. Your name, agency name and email address when you request the Sleeping Landlord Audit or use the contact form.
CRM exports you supply. If you send us a CRM export for the audit, it may contain personal data about your landlords, applicants and tenants. We process it read-only, solely to produce your audit, on your written instruction.
The free browser tools. The Win-Back Miner, Compliance Chaser and Rent Review Finder run entirely in your browser: any CSV you load is processed on your own device and is never uploaded to us. The only data we receive is the work email you enter to unlock a report or export.
To produce and deliver your audit, to reply to your enquiry, and to agree the scope of any build. We do not sell data, run advertising, or add you to a mailing list you didn't ask for.
Consent (you asked us to run the audit or reply to you) and legitimate interest (responding to business enquiries), under UK GDPR. CRM exports are processed only on your documented instructions, as UK GDPR requires of a data processor, and never for any other purpose.
CRM exports supplied for an audit are deleted within 30 days of delivering your results, unless we agree in writing to keep them for a build. Enquiry emails are kept for as long as the conversation is live.
We don't share your data with third parties except the service providers needed to run our business (hosting, email, form/lead-capture services), each under their own data-processing terms. Some providers may store data outside the UK; where they do, transfers rely on UK-approved safeguards such as the UK Addendum to standard contractual clauses.
We don't use advertising cookies. The free tools use your browser's local storage to remember your agency name and unlock email on your own device; clearing your browser data removes it. If we add analytics we'll use a privacy-respecting, cookieless service and update this policy.
Under UK GDPR you can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data, object to or restrict our processing, request portability of data you gave us, and withdraw consent at any time. You can also complain to the ICO. Email [email protected] to exercise any of these; we respond within one month.
If we change how we handle data we'll update this page and the date above. Material changes affecting data you've already given us will be flagged to you by email where we can.
